24/7 News For All: WickEds from Hermosa!
This is our Performance Task in 21st Century Literature, Theology I, and Empowerment Technologies! I was grouped with Simon Basallo, Laurence Zabala, and Ira Guila for this PETA. In this video, we introduce Laurence and Ira as WickEds: the famous travelling duo in the Philippines! Simon and I as the newscasters report about their amazing discoveries in their "most recent" location: Hermosa, Bataan!
With honesty, we discovered our group a little bit later than others (since I was absent the day the groups were made).

First, we created our group chat in Messenger so that we could plan our vlog virtually. Our first plan was an interview-like video, a pretend "live" on Instagram, or a storytelling film, but it ended up being a news clip since it was the easiest to execute while giving out a lot of information as while.

Second, we had to gather information that we needed. I created a Google Document so that we could put our researched information in there. Simon researched about the religious institutions, tourist locations, and famous products in Hermosa, Laurence gathered video clips of Hermosa, and I researched about Hermosa's literary culture.

Third, once all of the information was complete, it was time to script the script for our news report! Our script was perfect for3 minutes, which was the minimum length of the video.

Fourth, the next day after finishing the script, we used the entire period that Sir Atienza gave us for our PETA. We used that 1 hour and extended for around 10-15 minutes to finish the clips we needed. It wasn't easy (filming clips is lowkey that hardest part of creating a video for me, hahaha), but we were able to finish it!

Finally, Simon offered to edit the video, and we were able to submit it on the deadline!
